  I think that about covers it. These people do not care about you. They do not like you. They do not want to help you. They do not want to make your life easier.
  
  I think that if you generally hate people, you shouldn't work at a job where you are forced to work with multitudes of people. I used to enjoy coming here, because it was quick, but over the past year, it has gotten so bad, and the employees have gotten so much worse.
  
  Appointment? Sure thing, just need to make it 6 months in advance! I just have no idea what to tell you, or have any advice for you. This place will do everything it can to suck your soul out of your body.

  Showed up around 6:50AM for an 8AM opening, and did not have an appointment. After opening, I was out within 15 minutes. Probably the best DMV in the bay area.
